The Association for the Real Estate and Tourism Development in the Northeast of Brazil – ADIT Nordeste - is a non-profit entity founded on the needs for a representative body to coordinate and professionalize the development of the Northeast. The association consists of those who make the productive chain sector, such as hotels, developers, construction companies, real estate agencies, legal offices, architects, consultants and financial institutions. This way ADIT establishes a link between serious Brazilian companies with the world, by helping and guiding the Brazilian and foreign entrepreneurs to do safe and profitable business. ADIT has, among its main activities, the participation in international investment exhibitions and events, in addition to the execution of Buyer and Image projects, which brings investors, hotel chains, real estate agencies and international journalists to visit the Northeast, by producing excellent results in the promotion and attraction of investments for the region. In addition, the Association has promoted road shows, workshops and technical visits abroad, an opportunity both to promote the Northeast as an investment destination and for the Brazilian businessmen to make contact with the reality of the market and with other international experiences. To develop its actions, the entity has a strong institutional support from the official bodies and several entities, such as the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency - APEX Brasil, Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Brazilian Chamber of Construction Industry - CBIC, among others. The ADIT board of directors is made up of the president, vice presidents and a fiscal body. The current president of the Association is the executive from Alagoas, Felipe Cavalcante. The vice-presidents and a fiscal body are distributed among the states of Alagoas, Bahia, Ceará, Paraíba, Pernambuco, Rio Grande do Norte and Sergipe. Objectives
